Thank you very much. I loved the vibrancy of colours but also great great for how everyday, you alter your perspectives through your experiences and encounters 😀
Initially on my first blog, it was about dabbling and sharing in hobbies I love such as photography, music and travel. But increasingly, I’m interested in understanding the meaning and purpose of our lives and while having fun, provoking our reflections on what life is all about. Inspiration is a big part of it. It’s also just great to know that we touch each others lives across the world and all our differences. Glad to meet you! 😀 Best. Chevvy
Wow that is cool Chevvy 😊. I am so super glad that you can do it the way you want to. It’s really a great thing that you are doing and it’s really awesome, trust me my friend. You have a great talent within you and I admire that quality a lot. Stay in touch buddy. Follow my blog and let me know if I can contact you through some other medium. Hope we can stay in touch. Attention changes everything, doesn’t it? I love the photo… at first glance, the ship and dock looked colorful and busy, but where are all the people? The gorgeous view behind it almost makes me want to be a dockworker. Beautifully captured, in words and pixels, Chev! 🙂
Ah! there’s quite a story behind the picture Joan. For one thing, it was the view from my hotel window the other day in an area that was once our red light district a few years ago. It was a beautiful day, the sun was gorgeous and there was plenty of activity from people not in the photograph. Sometimes, the symbolism tells more of the story than the people. It’s paying attention and seeing the little things that can make all the difference. And yes, we can pass each other by and make all the difference. It’s all a matter of perspective.😀
A gorgeous view… did you take this photo with your new camera? I’m starting to understand why you choose quiet boutique hotels when you travel, interesting how this area has changed from the red light district you remember to a bright, colorful, touristy destination. I enjoyed your letter and this photo just adds to the intrigue. Taking a chance can pay off handsomely. I’ll elaborate on that more when I respond. 🙂
Yes, in hindsight it was a great view and contrary to my first impressions, I think I’ll return there. I have a new work phone that takes great pictures. Yet to test my camera. This trip, I took time to breathe the sea air and watch the morning waves.😀
i just published a post on perspective then decided to look up some others to see what people were thinking. i like this piece its clever and inspiring. check out mine and lmk what u think!
Thank you Madison. On one hand, I was inspired by a picture I took from my hotel room and on a more metaphorical level, I’ve had so many experiences, where just a brief conversation with someone or a passing relationship or a travel to another country has taught me so much of inspired greater gratitude or made me treasure the moments though they may have passed. I’ll come and look at your piece now.😀
Nice click. Loved it so much !! 😊
